Geothermal Heat Pump Errors - Help needed

Hi All. I have a cold house at the moment as my Aplha Innotec SWC101 heat pump is on the blink. This is an indoor pump which sits in my utility. The unit was installed 12 years ago.

Last week I started to hear some groaning noises from pipework inside the HP housing but I put it down to air pockets. This weekend I got a error 701 (low pressure error) which the manual says is...

Low pressure pressostat or low-pressure sensor in the cooling
circle has responded (LW) or for longer than 20 seconds (SW).

Now at the time I checked the pressure on the loops in the garden and the heating circuit in the house and repressurised both back to 2bar and this is holding. I checked that the pump for the external loop is working and also the pump for the heat circuit is also working

Now I am getting an error 720 which reads "Min. TP.Heat Source" and in the manual it says

Temperature at evaporation outlet has fallen below the safety value on the HS
side several times. Automatic HP restart after hh:mm

As it says the unit tried to reset itself after the 720 error and when it does it jumps right to the 701 error again and everything shuts off.

The heat pump is fitted with a Copeland Scroll Compressor (model ZR48k3e-pfj-522) I am now guessing that the problem is a refrigerating leak in this compressor as when I was messing with the pumps starting and restarting it i noticed an ice build up on the surface of the casing of the compressor.

So to all the experts out there

1- Do you think I have a leak in refrigerant
2- Where do I look to get such a leak fixed and pressure restored (I am in Sligo/Mayo area).

*Please note, the original installer of this equipment went bust many years ago and I have no contacts for them.

    Any help is much appreciated.
