Help identify pipes and valves in the hotpress room

    Hi guys,
I was wondering if any of you could help me identify pipes, tapes and valves inside the hotpress room (pictures attached). I come from a instant-heating type of background (boiler that instantly heat up water) and I'm having difficulties understanding immersions cylinders direct / indirect and the whole lot. What got my curiosity going is the fact that this weekend I wanted to close the water at the mains which I have done in other houses (not in Ireland) but I wasn't able to figure it out here.
My apartment is on the 2nd floor and has one boiler on the balcony, one immersion cylinder in the hotpress and underfloor heating. My understanding according to my investigation is that I have a Coppercraft cylinder. Hot water is attached to a programmable timer and when the timer goes off I can see the boiler comes on. I'm attaching a few pictures if anyone could give me some basic explanation of what the pipes and valve in the pics are likely to be and what should I do if I wanted to stop the water at the mains. Thank you all in advance and sorry about the newbie question.

    Here are the pics

There’s no valves or hot press in that picture.

Only way I can get around it is by removing the https. Add "https" before each line and you will be able to view the pics
