I have a terrible hangover and had a lucozade for the first time in ages. Is it me or has the taste changed.

They changed the ingredients in Lucozade and red lemonade a while back.

    I am truly devastated.

I think theyre slowly reducing sugar content in some of them in preparation for an impending sugar tax

Has Ireland confirmed anything about a sugar tax? I know the UK is bringing in a sugar tax.

There is also a horrible after taste in those drinks, they aren't right , just gut rot, better off drinking water - or more beer!!!

If you were able to walk to the shop and buy a fizzy drink it must be a very mild hangover

I live right by a shop. Didn't take long. How will nurse my hangover without the good stuff?

Less sugar is always good - except in 7up. I only really drink it when sick and this week just gone had the flu and it just wasn't the same.

7up should be been stevia-proofed. Awful decision.

There's 2 rates, 15c is the lower rate. Lucosade, while containing sugar, will be exempt as it's below the taxable rate.

Did nobody pay attention to the budget?
