oil boiler problem

Hi, Just wondering if anyone can advise. I had the oil boiler serviced 5 days ago. Since then there has been an increased noise when if fires up, I thought this was just a result of the service however yesterday I noticed what smells like burning plastic/kerosene, thick black was also coming out of the chimney outlet and an awful burning smell. The outlet runs out through an old chimney stack, the walls each side of the stack where extremely warm right up through the house ( very old house ). The flue was so hot you couldn't touch it. I have since stopped using it as I'm aware that is obviously dangerous. I cannot contact the repair company , 24 hour /7 days apparently ! No joy from numerous calls. Anyway if I have to go elsewhere, so be it ! Just hoping for an opinion or possibly a recommendation of a better service ( Dublin 8 area ) I am worried as both my parents live with me and are old, house is freezing and I would like to sort as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

What were the readings from the service printout if you got one?

Anyway you need to get them back. Try them tomorrow.
