Am I the only person here that is Soooo sick of non English speaking adverts on the telly?

    They are always Badly dubbed,
Is this just another sign of how little we mean to the EU?
    Opinions please.

Concerned??? What are you Concerned about?? I get concerned about my parents, I get concerned about my loved ones! One thing I don’t get concerned about is Yakult or yogurt adverts

I do remember weird kinder bueno ads where not only the actors voices were dubbed but also pictures of the Buenos themselves.

All the European car adverts are terribly dubbed, it's like they're not even trying.

Anyone remember the, so obviously dubbed, dire Radion washing powder adverts in the early 90s?

    "Daddy! Your shirt smells!" :pac:

Actually, whatever happened to Radion and its flourescent orange boxes?

There's an ad for a travel company who have an American snowboarder as the 'star'. They've dubbed his real voice with that of a British actor who is speaking as though he is the American guy.
Doesn't say much for the authenticity of the product they are selling when they are blatantly passing something off that it's true.
Does it concern me, not really. Is it annoying, yes.

Is this one of those thinly veiled "let's all join farrage" threads?
Like another poster said, I think people have other real things to be "concerned" about.

(...and how exactly is it the EUs fault anyway? They're cheap tele ad's ffs)
