Health insurance

Not sure where to put this thread but I'm thinking of getting health insurance. I'm single, 36, not getting any younger, and have a higher chance of getting cancer. I do have the medical card but I have another year on that. I'm healthy enough and never really have to see the doctor. So my main thing is to be seen quicker if anything happens. What would be the best insurance company or policy to go with for health insurance? I did like using VHI swiftcare clinic when I didn't have health insurance, so am I looking at VHI since they don't allow random walk ins anymore?
