Are there many possibilities along this line?

Could I for example attach a camera at the end of a flexible cable so as to inspect hard to reach ares of the house?

Any other attachments that could be used?

I think there are micro usb adapters as I anticipate most of the hardware might be usb based....

Loads of flexible inspection cameras on the likes of gearbest for no money.

Of dubious quality but dirt cheap and they plug into Android USB ports.

I got an endoscope for my tablet and the few times I've used it I couldn't find what I was looking for. It's not the camera's fault I'm just crap at using it, it has great quality when I play with it.

Check the Chinese sites for the stuff that you want.
