Cheap spare phone recommendations please

    Hi.

    I'm waiting to get the screen repaired on my Xiaomi Mi A1. I am stuck with an ancient Sony. So I think I'll get myself something cheap (say €100) for the meantime and to have as a family spare. Thinking of one of the cheaper Xiaomi phones like a Redmi 4A or 5A as I'm happy with the A1, or maybe something like the Nokia 3 for it's stock android. What do you guys think of these, or would you have other recommendations.

    I'm on the three network.

    I guess I need the band 20, as I'm living in the countryside.

    Go to argos, search for 'sim free' and sort price low to high. Nokia 3 is 169 but there's others closer to 100, alcetels and motos.

    I got one from euro giant for a tenner.

    It makes calls and texts. That's it.

    But it's a spare phone, so does me rightly.

    Thanks guys. Phone & text would be fine, but still like to have access to viber and whatsapp too.
