    Hey all,

    Due to storage issues I have to part ways with my magical beloved (possibly possessed...ask Colm18) Scott 509 based singlespeed roadbike that I rebuilt after the derailleur braze failed.

    I've done a number of Century plus spins on it including the Great Dublin Bike Ride and the Kingsmountain 200 Audax, it's a light, stiff Aluminium frame with decent wheels (Fulcrum on the back and currently an old Aksium on the front but I can throw in a spare front wheel to seal the deal at the right price).

    It has non series shimano drop bar levers connected to Ulegra road calipers and the drivetrain is a Gussett conversion kit (Campag freehub) and a Miche Xpress Track Crankset currently set up at 46x17.

    Will also throw in a bigger chainring for the crankset (48 afair).

    Fizik Arione saddle and some deliberately weathered looking (this was also my locking up at work bike) Lizardskins bartape.


    Originally received this as a (geared roadbike) wedding present and it loves to go fast, very much an ideal fast commuter.

    I'm very sad to part ways with it and if the offers are too low I might send it to live with my folks until I move/win the lottery or...ugh...keep it outdoors :(
