Did not get my refund yet!

    Hello there

    I still haven't got my refund.  I contacted Customer Service few weeks ago and was told that I had an account, there was no name attached under  the 'Occupier'.  


    As this I was asked to post proof of address and proof of payment (I have sent a Bank statement as proof of address as I sent the prints that came out when I paid online my water charges), which I did.


    Two weeks after sending those documents and as I didnt get any letter from You, I contacted costumer service by phone, and said everything what I just wrote to you on previous lines.
    The costumer service agent did sound very insecure about his responses, even taking long to answer the questions, once I even thought the call went down, then after many pauses he said he needed to ask something to his supervisor.


    And gave me the answer "IF You sent the account / WPRN details You should get some update soon or later" and "IF You didnt then you would need to send"  That answer litteraly says nothing, because you should know what you got from me or not, and first he said my account is under the occupier yet, then after asking the  name, then he said hesitating "yeah yeah I see that name in the account" 

    Anyway it passed 2 weeks after that call and I didnt get anything in post, no cheque, no letter telling something was missing, nothing!

    I clearly did my part however You are failing with your part!

    Can this be looked into please?
