Installing stove on raised concrete bench.

Hi I'm interested in having a concrete bench made like the attached photo, which will seat a multi fuel stove on top. Can anyone see any potential issues with this setup from a regulations standpoint? Will the bench have to be a certain depth or does there have to be a certain clearance past the door? Cheers
