Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Kata
    (Model Examples & Postures)
Probably one of the most common reasons behind the popularity of the IRKRS these days is the genuine desire to truly understand the nature and application of traditional kata.

If you practice karate and are interested in functional applications, if you wish to breathe new life into your kata/forms (all styles), then this camp is for you!

We will also examine Yamaneryu Kobudo.

    Details here http://www.ku-ireland.com/2018

If you want to explore Patrick McCarthy's modern interpretation of of Okinawa's historic combative-like disciplines please check out www.koryu-uchinadi.com.

Here is a interview by Jesse Enkamp,
