    I'm still unable to manually search for other channels I have the frequency number .these are what I have under frequency I have polarisation symbol rate fec standard and modulation scheme .can someone help

    just keep your eye on screen, if its an sd channel, the modulation will be difefrent, ie dvb-s, and if hd it will be dvb-s2, and you may see qpsk or 8qpsk. Try it wil a simple entry and are you using the main sky q box?
