Changing from bill to PAYG due to contract change

Hi, I have two bill phones under the one account and I received a letter for each of them stating that my bill will be increasing by €5 for each, so it's a €10 increase for me overall.

The letter states that I can withdraw from my contract for both without any penalty. One phone is 11 months into the contract, the other is 18 months.

If I request to cancel the contract on both, will they be immediately switched to PAYG? Is there also anything else I should be aware of?

    Thanks

    Hi Bugg ,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

I would recommend contacting our support team on 1901, they have a designated team set up for speaking with customers in relation to the price increase.

    Thanks

    Thomas
