    Hi there.

Last night my balance was 411 euro
This morning my balance is now -413 euro.

There is nothing in my statement to show this.

A transaction must have been reversed.
Can you help me find out which transaction has been reversed?

    Thanks,
    Robin.

    Hi Rd96,

Thanks for your post here on Boards.

You may have logged into your account while the system was updating. This happens every night between 9pm and 10pm where transactions may update before your balance. Your account should then be updated after 10pm, and show your true balance.

If you wish to look into this, you can send a message through your 365 profile, when logged in through a browser or a PC. If you go to the service desk, and choose from the drop down menu, 'Ask a Question', an advisor will be happy to check this for you.

Please let us know if we can help with anything else,

    Thanks again, Jane
