PayPal currency conversion

    Anyone else having issues with this?

    When I select the option to be charged by my card provider rather than let PayPal take care of it nothing happens. Rang them but it was a waste of time. Said it was the seller website where the issue was. Tried two other sites and same issue

    Have also tried various browsers and also both the laptop and my phone. No joy!

    If I change address or card I get a "processing" image for a second or two but when I try change conversion options I get nothing
