Unlock code for Huawei B315

    Hi, I am trying to get an unlock code for a mobile broadband router(B315) that I purchased for €129 at the start of my 18month contract. I am now coming to the end of the contract and want the unlock code. I rang customer support and they don't seem to understand what I am asking for. I want the router to be sim free incase I need to use it with another provider. Can you assist please.

    I can, of course, look into this for you. Could you just PM me the following account details, please.

    1) Account number
    2) Account name
    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB

    5) Your full postal address
    6) IMEI for device
    7) Make and model of the device
