CBT in Dublin

    Hi guys,

I checked back over some old threads, but can't seem to find anything more recent.

I'm looking for some suggestions for CBT therapy in Dublin.

I'm aware that it can be expensive. I'm not made of money, so will have to figure out how best to approach this in terms of how often I could go.

But that shouldn't be priority really...

I have been going to "regular" therapy for want of a better word, and have been recommended CBT by my GP amongst others.

I'm not sure where to start in terms of who I should be looking for.

Is it just trial and error?

There is a sticky on the landing page that should give you a useful starting point.
This forum is not in a position to list individual practitioners.
    Good luck with your search.
