How to check if you have unpaid motor fines?

Hey there. I own 2 cars. They are both in my name. I currently drive one of the cars and the other one was at my friends place for the last year. He's a car mechanic and he's been slowly fixing it for me in his spear time. The car has no insurance, no tax and no NCT.
I just found out that he's been driving the car fee days a week for the last year!
He's a very dangerous driver, he often drives over the speed limit and I know he drives intoxicated as well.
I took the car away from him now.
I told him he can only fix the car and drive to a garage or parts shop if he needs to but not on motorway or other places.
Is there a way to check if I got any fines or anything as the address on that logbook is old

You should have changed your address on the logbook first.

You shouldn't have left it with a dangerous and often intoxicated driver, too.

Call RSA and Gardai and enquire about any outstanding fines.

If he was based near m50 I would check with them, too.
