    Hi,

I want to get a price for some internal door locks but can't figure out what brand they are. The manufacturer logo is in the attachment, as you can see it's a small letter f with a circle around it. Anybody know who the manufacturer is based on this info?

    Thanks,
    super_freddie.

Following on from my question earlier in the week...

The previous owner of the house fitted Fortessa handles and locks but never fitted the escutcheon thingy so I have no keys. I took off the handles and took out the lock but can see no indication of a number on the lock. Like most internal locks, this brand uses something like 30 numbers to provide some semblance of security between different rooms in a house. One room has a key and there is a number so I'm pretty sure I'm right.

I would be amazed if I had to buy a new lock and handles and escutcheons and key when really all I need is the escutcheons and key. This would be even more frustrating for somebody who had lost a key and didn't remember the number. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    super_freddie.

    Just Google fortessa escutcheon no!

No luck with a Google search. In any case, the escutcheons are common, it's the locks that have a number associated with them.

    Thanks,
