    Hi Lads, Ladies,

    Just wondering if people had a guide price for a "transfer of site into joint names"?

    I'm based in Cork.

    Got a bill from the solicitor (that I had to request) and it's lively to say the least.

    Not really possible to say without knowing any specifics. Did you not get a quote/guidance on how you would be billed before the work commenced? You should have received what is known as a section 68 letter.
