Refund not full amount

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I recently got in touch with Irish Water about refund.
    As my mother past away, the count was changed into my name,
    so I sent in the form for a deceased family member, for the refund.
    In the mean time, I received a cheque for when the account was in my name,
    but not when it was in my mothers name.

    1/ Do you send out separate cheque and how long does it usually take ?
