    Heading to Cabo Roig end of June , family of 5 , 3 teenagers , 12-14-16 .
    From recollection the last time in Cabo Roig , the nearby beachs were small and water very salty ... could anyone recommend larger beaches within an hour that might have water sports etc ...

    There are 2 large beaches in Torrevieja, less than 20 minutes drive away, however we found the beach in Cabo Roig was lovely although not the biggest beach in the area there was lots of activities, there were pedalos to rent out, Jet ski's and even saw one guy on a hoverboard around 15 foot above the water. The kids loved it when we were there a couple of years ago, it must have been a while since you were last there?

    La Zenia beach is 5 mins away. Playa Flamenca is 10 mins away. Both nice

    Campoamor is five minutes the other way and is a nice big beach
