Postgrad/Masters in Irish that qualify one to teach Irish at second-level

Apart from standard approach of studying Irish at degree level, I am wondering what postgraduate courses are on offer which would satisfy Teaching Council requirements to teach Irish at second level?

I only know of the H.Dip in Arts from UCC that offer this but I would be interested to know if there are others? Also - would a masters research degree in Irish literature/language qualify one to teach Irish?
