Google, under sink water heaters and you'll find a ton of them.

I'm almost certain that you will need a REC for the electrics & it will need RCD protection. I'm happy for an electrician to correct me on this

A lot of under sink water heaters need a pressure release device fitted & an expansion vessel. You can create a bomb otherwise :)

Have you seen the triton hand wash over sink water heater? No expansion vessel or pressure release valve required. Nice and neat but again I think you need a REC to wire it.

Yes thanks saw them but it's going in an En-suite has to be out of sight

Heatmerchants do one call Atlantic, it's round top and bottom. Not unlike your hot water cylinder shape but on a small scale. We fitted well over 50 of them and never gave any trouble.

ATC do one too that is neat enough, I get them in hevac.

And then you have Ariston which is quite bulky and a odd shape if you're stuck for space.

Be careful under sink water heater are often under estimated by the plumbing community who have a tendency to chuck them in (although things are getting better) the damage these heaters can cause when fitted incorrectly can be very costly and if the installer doesn’t follow G3 UK water regs his/her work can be deemed as incompetent nullifying any public liability insurance held.
