We use no hot water to make up MR. Mixed with cold from power washer. No problems

All calves reared on MP from 1 week old

Saw a picture before with an ibc tank and an industrial sized element used for it. However when dealing with water and electricity at the same time id be very wary myself and would comsider paying more to have it done safely

    Better living everyone

Gas the way to go if u.can ,milk replacer meant to be mixed at 35/36 degrees but some obviously feeding successfully at lower temps .too hot u damage the proteins

We got one of those milk heaters and left it in the tank of water on a timer and it heats up to 40 degrees when we'd be feeding. Mix the replacer in then.
What milk replacer do you use keepgrowing, must dissolve well if mixed cold

All older calves out of a big barrel of milk, alot of time cold. Doesn't seem to matter. What does replacer work out at cpl. .
