Had a look at a car over the weekend a ds5, personally I am keen on this particular brand.

Firstly the trader explained it’s a fleet car, unsure what this means and it’s 151 car but has already 189000 km, seems very high.

Will come with a full 1 year warranty.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Fleet means it was owned by a company.
Probably a reps car judging by the high km.

    What is the price?
Has it a full main dealer service history?

Its €14,000 and it has a full service history and just had timing belt and water pump done.

They are rare enough but if you like them and it's a 2.0 litre diesel with a good spec this sounds ok.
The high km is a concern but if you don't do a lot of km it will even out over time.

    Cheers for responses

I’ll mull it over and make a decision during the week.

I've never seen a fleet company question a maintenance bill, they are fairly "money no object" when it comes to maintenance partly because they don't want the cars off the road or the owners inconvenienced, so I wouldn't let the mileage worry me too much.
