Hi I have FTTH and the F2000 router. I need access to the router to allow me to connect a DVR. I have tried the username admin and the wifi password as printed on the back of the unit, but I keep getting the message that the username and password are wrong. I have tried it so many times now that the delay after 3 failed attempts is up to 4 minutes.

I haven't made any changes to the router since it was installed last November.

    Any help?

    Hi Ewan Hoosarmi,

I would recommend contacting our support team on 1901, they will be able to look into this for you and investigate it further.

    Thanks

    Thomas
