    Hi,

I am looking to go away for 10 nights with young family (5 and 3 year old). We went to Costa Teguise last year just fancy something different. Any recommendations? Majorca/Ibiza? Looking for recommendations for resort and accommodation if possible?

    Thanks guys

Cambrils Park Resort. Can't really be beaten IMHO. Expensive though and probably booked out now. Bella Italia maybe as a fall back but it is not really in the same league. Nothing is unfortunately.

Cambrils Park & Sanguli are both great, apparently, but mental money. Early July was coming in at €3500+ for us for accommodation only.

We found Camping La Siesta Salou for over a grand less and booked direct. The saving more than covered the cost of the flights.

If you wanted to book with Eurocamp or the like the nearest reasonably priced park is Villanova Park.

If you prefer a hotel then Majorca is a good family option. We stayed on the quieter side of Santa Ponsa with young children before.

Again Cambrills or anywhere in Salou, will give you easy access to Port Adventura and the water park next door and only 1 hour from Barcelona.

The holiday village in Ibiza it's expensive but you won't spend much after paying for the holiday beautiful little beach attached to the hotel and a waterpark in the hotel, you can let the kids into the crèche in the evening if you want a few hours off but they'll be happy enough playing on the beach until the small hours while your kicking back having a few cocktails watching the nightly fireshow.

It's all inclusive and very well run.

Hi. For the past 5 years we have done the Eurocamp sites in France but this year looking at Spain in June (with 3 kids). The 2 sites that are coming up are Villanova Park and Castell Mongri. Could anybody recommend (or not!) please? Also is it possible to do these without a car? Many thanks

We have El Delfin Verde booked, looks fab. Close to CM. Heading for two weeks mid June, three kids. Staying in one of their new bungalows. Flights from Belfast to Girona for five of us were less than 500euro.

Have heard CM is fab for teens.

We were in vilanova last year. It was a much bigger campsite than any of the French ones we've been to, with two pool areas, football/ basketball courts, a restaurant and small supermarket and takeaway. Its a clean and well run site. We had a car but there are buses locally, not sure of the cost or frequency and there is train from the town into Barcelona. We got a car for less than 200 with "economy car rentals". The only difficulties were the size of the place and one of the pools had no shallow end for kids and the other had a small shallow end. I think it might be noisy at night time depending on where you are in the site too. But the activities were well run.
