By "all ignition lights", do you mean all instrument cluster lights?
Is there anything else wrong with it, won't start quickly etc?

There is more going on, all cluster lights remain on.
The beeper when you leave the keys in the ignition and lights on, also stopped working today.
I have been checking connections and fuses inbetween the snow showers.

I think I have a faulty relay.
