Not sure how Paddy Wallace will feel about that - "and now over to Paddy Jackson for a few words..."

Corcoran knew immediately as he went into audible embarrassment...

Mrs P. told me she was listening and turned off the radio in disgust. Thought he was actually serious. Embarrassing faux pas :o

Yes, Wallace went missing then for 20 minutes as Donal Lenihan filled in.

Quite a 'faux pas', as you say...

Could it not have been an honest mistake with Jackson so prominent in the news these days. Its actually an easy mistake to make - lousy for both Michael Corcoran and Paddy Wallace.

Yes, I have little doubt it was an honest mistake.

Hence the use of the term 'faux pas'...
