What has my Xbox downloaded ?

Hi all, Is there an easy way on Xbox One to see what has downloaded ? I monitor my internet usage (as I'm with Imagine and have a 20GB per day cap) and I see my Xbox downloaded almost 2 GB last night and a few nights ago it downloaded 7 GB. Is there a way to see exactly what is being downloaded - like a download history ?…

I'm wondering if it's game updates, patches, OS updates etc....

There was an update on the 7/2 which may have downloaded ?

If you look at the queue under My Games & Apps it will show recent updates. You can turn auto update off if you don't want games you're not currently playing downloading updates all the time.
