Concealed shower valve

    Hi all. I am going to be buying a concealed shower valve and I have seen ones with 3/4 inch inlets and a 1/2” outlet. There are others with all 1/2” inlets and outlets. My main supply to the bathroom is 3/4” qualplex. At this stage I can choose wether to run 3/4 or 1/2 to the shower valve.
    Is it better to have the 3/4 supply to the valve to create volume and then 1/2” on the outlet to increase pressure?
    All help/advice greatly appreciated.
