    Hi wally9,

The 1850 number is our Callsave number. However, our alternative contact number is 01 707 2828.

    Thanks,
    Allanah

Actually that number just diverts you to a premium 1850 number. Do you have an email address for them.

    Hi wally9,

This can only be completed over the phone due to data protection reasons. We would ask that you call to complete this.

    Thanks,
    Allanah

So basically I am penalised again financially to close my account by being made to phone a premium number . It is little wonder that irish water is held in such high esteem by the Irish people. Have they not learned anything!
