Dust Spots reappearing in HDR images.

I remove sensor dust spots from my images using Spot Removal in Lightroom, I view the images at 2:1 and 3:1 and can see no spots remaining. I then export a set if images or a single image (after as I said removing the dust spots) and combine them in Aurora HDR 2018 to create a HDR image. Can someone tell me why when the HDR image is rendered the spots show up again in the finished image.
Is there a remedy to this or will the spots always reappear when using HDR? Ml.

Have you tried using the "visualise spots" option when removing dust spots in LR?
I find it helps see some that I would have missed previously. HDR will not be very forgiving for dust spots as the process highlights them by increasing shadows.

Thanks but I had done that, best advice Iam getting now is to create HDR in Aurora and bring the image back to Lightroom and then use spot removal, in other words reverse my workflow, when you think about iit it makes sense.

Are you using the RAW files as an input to the HDR Program?

I am not sure about this as I do not use Lightroom or any HDR software.
