I have been asked to whip up something like the Teamwork escape to Cork page - https://www.escapetocork.ie/teamwork.html It doesn't have to be complex just scroll left to right with the mouse wheel and as the walking character passes certain points flash up clickable notifications. Time is of the essence as the sales guys…

I have been asked to whip up something like the Teamwork escape to Cork page - https://www.escapetocork.ie/teamwork.html
It doesn't have to be complex just scroll left to right with the mouse wheel and as the walking character passes certain points flash up clickable notifications. Time is of the essence as the sales guys want something flashy to present asap.
I am wondering can any one point me in the direction of any free templates or examples - anything on jsfiddle or codepen. I am not rightly sure what to google for even that would be a help!!
I suppose what I am looking for is any relatively straight forward examples I could use as a starting point. My JS and css are strong so I should be able to twist something in to shape from there!
