    Unfortunately your report doesn't give us enough information to be able in investigate properly. Some changes were made this morning that might be causing this but in order to dig deeper we need to know the following...

    Responsive or legacy site? If you're using the Legacy site - Quick Reply or Advanced? What Browser are you using?

    Legacy site.

    The POST action succeeds but a response is never sent so the browser hangs waiting for it, if you kill the action and go again you'll get the dupe message as expected.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
