    Detailing Noob here.

Buying a 2 years old car from UK and dealer offered exterior interior and glass protectant application below for 299 pound.

    http://app.lifeshine.com/citroen

I am not too concerned about how car looks but I would be happy if this protects paint and interior from kids, birds, etc.

Do you think it is a good deal and product ?

I guess they give a bag of autoglym products as mentioned below as well

Let's set aside the 'is it a good product?' for the moment.

Dealerships for the most part do not apply this in the correct manor. There will likely be no decontamination of the paintwork prior to application and the person applying it will likely be untrained, or to a fairly low standard. So even if it was the best product on the market, then it wont perform to its maximum ability.

There are much better products on the market, and advise from all on here is to contact a pro detailer, and have them apply a high end coating.

    Thanks Curran,

I just saw the thread below and consensus seems to be leave it to professionals.
