Im trying to buy a house it's on the market over a year. I made a full price offer 6months ago the estate agent said that the we can have the house but she is waiting for a reciver to be appointed by the bank because the owners won't cooperate. Do any one know how long it takes before a receiver is appointed. Would it take…

Would it take a year 2year I don't know my morgage is up for renewal now and I don't know if I should hold on for it or is it a lost cause any help would be appreciated

Set an ultimatum and be prepared to move on. Personally I wouldn’t have waited this long.
