    1. I never registered my details with Irish Water when I paid my bills in the post office. How do I claim my refund?

    We will require further information in order to issue the cheque to the correct person.

    - Account Number & WPRN (if known)


    2. Hi, we have a serious issue with our Well water system. We have made an application to Irish Water to get connected to the Local Supply, but is there any way to speed this up?

    Would you mind sending a PM with the following information and we will look into this for you?

    - Name;
    - The name on the application;
    - Your contact number;
    - The submission date of the application form;
    - The Local Authority you applied through; &
    - The reference number for your application

    3. I did not receive my refund. Why is this?

    If you would like an update on the status of your refund, please contact our Billing Department on 1850 448 448. The lines Please have your Account Number and WPRN on hand.

    Alternatively, if you PM the following details, we will investigate this immediately for you:

    Name;
    Address;
    Account Number; and/or
    WPRN.


    4. I have no water supply today. Where can I get updates?

    Irish Water updates all confirmed supply disruptions on our website here.
