TRV on the return side of radiator - balancing question

Hi, I had a cold radiator in one of the upstairs bedrooms and decided to rebalance the radiators. As I was figuring out the plan for the order to balance, I noticed some of them have the TRV on the return side. Anything i need to do differently when balancing? J

No, same pricipal applies to the lockshield.
