    Hi,
Just wondering how to find out if I have a criminal record.Received a fine in court a number of years ago but don’t know if I got convicted.Planning on going to USA in summer and wondering if this will be affected. The fine was for being in a pub after hours.
    Thanks

If you got a fine you got convicted. If you got a donation to the poor box then it's a different story.

Either way I doubt that will be an issue for the US as there is no moral turpitude or however they term it.

    Thanks,
So there is no need to declare it when applying for holiday visa.
