    I switched to yourselves about 2 weeks ago and I phoned about my low speeds,I was told a fault would be logged with your tech team and I would hear back in 3-4 working days. I’ve heard nothing since and my speed is always around this. I left Vodafone coz of same issue but they were never this bad
