Inexpensive mobile and SIM for elderly person

Hi,

I'd like to get my elderly mother a very basic mobile phone so that she can make the occasional call. I'm thinking more of an old school Nokia than an iPhone or even a lower model android smart phone. It would need to be quite easy to use with limited bells and whistles.

I'd also like to get a low cost SIM without a data package. Quite honestly, she'd probably only be making a handful of calls per month--if that.

Any recommendations on these two items would be greatly appreciated.

Post mobile offer a Free Data plan.
Although you won't use the data, it's the only plan that the credit does not expire. This credit can be used for text. Then buy an add on for calls. Each add-on lasts for 60 days.
