Ryanair Lanzarote Hotels & Transfers

    Anyone book flights, hotel / apartment & Transfers through Ryanair ? if so please advise which transfer operator they use

    When I made my booking I didn't get the usual confirmation email. When I contacted live customer support they sent me an email but it didn't mention my apartment and transfers - only the flights and saying they were paid in full €560.96 by Mastercard ending -1065 but I don't have a Mastercard. I did see a debit on my AIB Credit Card online statement for € 442.40 from Ryanair presumably a per centage of full package price !

    After phoning them ( Romania ) they were of no help

    Then I wrote a letter to Dublin Customer Service but this proved useless too

    Now I did remember the apartment name and emailed them - thankfully they responded confirming my booking

    Is this Customer Service ?

    Presumably they have a bus you'll be directed to from Arrivals. The bus parking area is only a couple of minutes walk from the door out of arrivals - just keep an eye out for a Ryanair rep as you leave the baggage claim.

    Actually very interested to see how you get on - I always book everything myself, so haven't had this issue. Looked at the Ryanair packages this year out of curiosity, but I didn't think it represented particularly good value.

    Have the answer now - but well home from the holidays - this may help others who book a holiday package with Ryanair including Hotel / Apartment / Transfers

    Forget Ryanair if you have a problem with package other than Flights

    For Accommodation and Transfers you must contact -

    We had a great Holiday thanks and the Apartment THB Flora was brilliant

    It would have been nice if Ryanair had directed us to the correct place to get our confirmation and vouchers though - they were less than helpful

    Fortunately the local bus from Airport to Puerta del Carmen only cost € 2.40 for both of us and left us beside Apartment - The Apartment allowed us to stay without handing over the usual vouchers and the bus did collect us on the way back

    Just wish Ryanair would make it clear where to go if confirmation doesn't arrive
