In a rented house and the pressure on the boiler has dropped down to 0.8 so I want to re-pressurise it. Could somebody advise me how? I have attached photos of what I believe to be the refilling pipe. Boiler is a Heat Line S24.

Turn the little slotted valve 1/4 turn, if it's losing pressure you have a leak.
The installer should have disconnected and blanked the fill loop, this should have been spotted during a service.

    Thanks!

Alright, sounds like it's worth contacting the landlord so. What's the problem with not having the fill loop blanked? Is it a safety thing?

Mostly to prevent contamination of public supply if there was back syphoning from your chemically treated heating system.

Please follow site and charter rules. "Resistance is futile"
