I was stopped and my name and address was taken last night by a Garda. I shouted something at my friend messing and the Garda thought it was about him so took the address etc. I know this doesn’t mean it was a caution etc but could it be used against me in a separate court case I have for possession?

If he took your name, what are you using now?

Don't worry about it, he's just shutting you up I suspect.

Haha a good point. was just wondering if it would be recorded on pulse and then if a judge asks in court I if come to Garda attention again they’d say yes? Because it was honestly just a misunderstanding and I apologised to the Garda anyway though it was no way directed at them.

Nobody can say for definite other than the Guard in question but I'd be fairly confident that you can forget about this.
