Post the rest of the emissions readings. Especially the lambda at high idle.

Is there a way off posting up a picture off the sheet ?

    If not heres the result:

    High idle lambda 1.01
    High idle (3,200 rpm) CO 0.30 vol%
    HC 102ppm
    Engine oil temp 89

It needs a cat I would say.

Ill go hunting for a cat so haha. Would the lambda be nackered aswell? A friend failed emissions twice even with a good cat and changed his lambda and it passed

Also when it had a vacumme leak the first time i put it through the co's were 0.23 den fixed the leak and they went up haha. Seems weird to me and would the rad fan always on cause emissions problems ?

The vacuum leak would have caused it to run lean hence the lower CO figure. Then once you fixed the leak the lambda came into spec but the CO increased due to the slightly richer mixture.

There’s nothing wrong with the lambda sensor. It looks like a straightforward case of needing a cat.

    !!! Just a quick update !!!

I got a brand new cat welded in and put it back through the nct and it failed on emissions again they have gone up 🙠there now: co 0.46 vol% at high idle. Anybody any insight on this at all as its wrecking my head 😑 was told could be a faulty coolant temp sensor and its causing the car to run rich because it cant tell the cars brain that its warmed up ?
