Hi Folks,

I heard that the next phase should be launched soon enough.
Has anyone bought in phase 1 or 2?

What documents are needed for reservations apart from the €5k booking deposit? How can you pay the deposit on the launch day? Have they got card facilities?

Where there queues prior the launch?

Is the developer registered with the help-to-buy scheme?

How long was the process from paying deposit to getting the keys (read storys from other developments where it took almost 2 years)?
