Trying to cancel account from overseas

    Hi, Im trying to cancel my account from Western Canada, but no one at Irish Water is replying to my emails. There is an 8 hour time difference between where I am in Canada and Ireland, so calling during the business day is really hard - and is EXPENSIVE. I just want to cancel my account and have emailed Irish Water several times but no one has replied. (I didnt even know I had an account until the property manager where I was staying told me after I'd left Ireland that I needed to cancel it).
